摘要
新组件装载机是钠冷快堆新组件工艺运输系统中的关键设备,主要实现组件的抓取、插入及转移工作.为了实现高效、精确地抓取和释放组件,根据设备控制要求设计了一套主要由西门子PLC及数字交流伺服控制器组成的半闭环交流伺服控制系统,其主要功能是对装载机执行机构进行驱动控制、设备内外部联锁保护、各种信息的显示和存储以及报警等,最终实现组件的抓取、转移和释放.
Abstract
The new component loader is the key equipment in process transportation system of new components in sodium-cooled fast reactors,which is used to grasp,insert and transfer the fuel.In order to realize efficient and accurate grasping and release,according to the control requirements of the equipment,a semi closed-loop AC servo control system is de-signed,which is mainly composed of Siemens PLC and servo controller.Its main functions are actuator driving of new component loader,internal and external interlock protection,display and storage of various information,alarming,and ultimately achieving grasping,transfer,and release of fuel.
