为进一步提升核电厂主给水泵仪表的运行可靠性,以某核电厂为例,指出主给水泵仪表的运行缺陷,包括异常波动、密封失效、元件老化、计量偏差、备用故障报警逻辑问题,详细阐述了可靠性提升措施,并对提升效果及未来改进方向进行了总结.
Abstract
In order to facilitate further improvement of operational reliability of main water feeding pump instruments in nuclear power plants,this paper describes the instrumental operational defects of a main water feeding pump in an actual nuclear plant,including abnormal fluctuations,sealing failure,component aging,measurement deviation,and backup fault alarm logic problems.It elaborates on the reliability improvement measures in detail and summarizes the improve-ment effects and future promotion directions.
