摘要

基于国内核电站对含氢废气的处理方式以及 TEG缓冲罐的检查大纲,结合核电站系统手册、技术规格书、定期试验等,介绍了M310 机组对含氢废气的处理方式以及 TEG缓冲罐长期检修工况下的运行.利用简单理论模型以及理想气体状态方程进行分析计算,给出了给废气处理系统缓冲罐设置旁通管线的合理化建议,为核电站TEG缓冲罐长期检修工况提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the treatment methods of hydrogen containing waste gas in domestic nuclear power plants and the in-spection guideline of TEG buffer tanks,combined with nuclear power plant system manuals,technical specifications,reg-ular tests,etc.,this paper outlines the treatment methods of hydrogen containing waste gas in M310 units and the opera-tion of TEG buffer tanks under long-term maintenance conditions.By using a simple theoretical model and the ideal gas state equation,a rational suggestion of setting a bypass pipeline for the buffer tank of the waste gas treatment system is analyzed and calculated,which provides a reference for the long-term maintenance condition of TEG buffer tanks.
