Low Noise Photodiode Detection Method for Near-infrared LiDAR
Due to factors such as dark current and thermal noise, the photodiode detection method has a high noise level, resulting in a low signal-to-noise ratio. Therefore a low noise photodiode detection method for near-infrared LiDAR is stud-ied.In-depth analysis on the frequency response characteristics of photodiodes and deep understanding on their response speed, bandwidth, and noise characteristics, are the key to optimizing detection performance.A reasonable encoding strategy for the detection array is designed, the layout of the detection array is determined, which ensures signal integrity and improves spatial resolution. In the process of photodiode detection and reception, sensitivity, dynamic range, and dark current performance parameters should be monitored to ensure detection. The experimental results show that the signal-to-noise ratio of the low noise photodiode detection method for near-infrared LiDAR is 8,and the detection sensitivity is satisfactory.
