This paper focuses on the problem of poor soldering on the QFN packaging of robot motherboard chip.Through X-ray analysis,surface SEM&EDS analysis,cross-sectionalanalysis,and solderability testing,the reasonsfor thefailure of poor soldering on robot motherboard QFN are analyzed.
