GIS接地刀闸"假分"隐患分析及判别方法

在近2年的变电站设备运维中,某变电站出现 2 起ZF4-126 型GIS设备快速接地刀闸"假分"的重大隐患,即在地刀机构和外传动部件分闸到位的情况下,内部导体仍处于合闸位置,该类"假分"隐患在日常操作和运维过程中基本无法发现.从导电杆异常受力、设计缺陷、传动形式三方面分析地刀"假分"隐患产生的原因,并提出了X光检测、绝缘电阻测试、接地电流测量方法用于日常操作中判别ZF4-126 型地刀是否存在"假分"现象.
Analysis and Determination of"Pseudo-opening"Risk of GIS Fast Grounding Switches
In the past two years of equipment operation and maintenance,a certain substation has encountered two major hidden dangers of"pseudo-opening"of the fast grounding switch of the ZF4-126 GIS equipment,i.e.,the maintained closed position of internal conductor when grounding switch mechanism and external transmission components are fully opened.This type of"pseudo-opening"is basically undetectable during daily operation and maintenance.This paper analyzes the causes of"pseudo-opening"of the grounding switch from three aspects:abnormal force on the conductive rod,design defects,and transmission form.Three methods,namely X-ray detection,insulation resistance testing,and grounding current measurement,are proposed to determine whether the ZF4-126 grounding switch is"pseudo-opened"in daily operations.
