Verification Test and Analysis on Fastener Loosening-induced Local Overheating in Transformers
This paper reports a simulation experiment on local overheating with poor contact and the analyses on the temperature rise of metal parts and the gas composition in oil under tight and loosening conditions.It is verified that the fastener loosening of the internal iron core plate leads to local overheating and abnormal gas production,and further results in transformer on-site failure.
