在变电站顺控部署期间由于缺乏对顺控逻辑验证的有效手段,仅根据工程需要,利用检测设备或软件对某个功能进行测试,且需要间隔层IED装置或调度主站的配合,测试环境搭建复杂,测试工作效率低,而且存在一定程度的主观性,不利于顺控快速部署与应用.为了解决以上问题,提出了基于闭环验证的一键顺控测试仪,不仅可以模拟调度主站,实现顺控票的调阅、预演、执行,还可以模拟站端实际设备,完成顺控操作指令响应,构建闭环验证场景,实现对顺控票的逻辑性完整验证,有效缩短一键顺控投入使用时间.
Design and Implementation of a One-click Sequence Control Tester Based on Closed Loop Verification
Due to lack of effective means to verify sequence control logic,current sequence control tests during substation deployment only involve the verification of a certain function using testing equipment or software according to engineering needs,and require the cooperation of bay level IEDs or scheduling master stations.This results in complex testing environment,low test efficiency,and a certain degree of subjectivity,which is not conducive to rapid deployment and application of sequence control.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a one-click sequence control tester based on closed-loop verification.The tester is designed to be capable of performing simulation on operation tickets retrieval,rehearsal and execution from the perspective of scheduling master station,and also on response to operational instructions with respect to actual station equipment.Therefore it may be useful in facilitating the construction of closed-loop verification scenario,the completion of logical verification of sequence control operation tickets,and effective reduction in time consumption for initializing sequence control.
