Development and Application of Automatic Testing Instrument for Intelligent Substation Secondary System
The intelligent substation uses SCD model files to describe secondary circuit information of the entire station, but the SCD files themselves are large and have poor readability, which is not conducive to debugging or operation personnel quickly and effectively verifying the connection correctness of virtual secondary circuits. This paper starts with the introduction of GOOSE virtual terminals and proposes an intelligent substation virtual secondary circuit automatic tester based on GOOSE virtual terminal verification.By importing the SCD file and protection device ICD file of the on-site substation, the relationship between GOOSE virtual terminals and MMS data reports can be automatically associated using the automatic tester, and virtual terminal verification of the virtual secondary circuit and one-click report output can be completed without manual intervention. The proposed instrument provides new technical means and tools for virtual secondary circuit virtual terminal detection in intelligent substations.
