超超临界一次再热机组再热冷段材料选取研究

近几年,为缓解我国电力供需严峻形势,国家政策对火电态度出现转变,强调火电"压舱石"的作用,提出"三个8000万工程"后,火电机组建设规划进行了较大规模的调整,尤其是高参数大容量机组发展态势迅猛,对A691 1-1/4CrCL22焊接钢管的需求量也逐年增加.受现国际国内形势影响,该材料管道价格飞涨,且供货周期长,不能满足国内超超临界一次再热机组项目建设需求,因此,再热冷段管道选择合适的材料替代A691 1-1/4CrCL22 对超超临界一次再热机组项目的建设有重要的推动作用.为此探讨了超超临界一次再热机组采用国产 12Cr1MoVG无缝钢管替代A691 1-1/4CrCL22 焊接钢管的可行性.经过一系列比对,12Cr1MoVG无缝钢管替代A691 1-1/4CrCL22焊接钢管在技术上可实现.
Study on Material Selection for Reheat Cold Section of Ultra Supercritical Primary Reheat Unit
In recent years,in order to alleviate the severe electricity supply-demand imbalance in China,the national policy towards thermal power has become flexible,emphasizing the role of thermal power as a"ballast stone".After the National Development and Reform Commission proposed the"Three 80 million Project",the construction plan of thermal power units has undergone significant adjustments,especially the rapid development of high parameter and large capacity units.The demand for A6911-1/4CrCL22 welded steel pipes has also increased year by year.Influenced by the current international and domestic situation,this material pipeline is experiencing price boost and supply cycle prolonging,which cannot meet the construction needs of domestic ultra supercritical primary reheat unit projects.Therefore,selecting suitable alternative materials is of pivotal significance in promoting the construction of ultra supercritical primary reheat unit projects.This paper explores and verifies the feasibility of substituting domestically produced 12Cr1MoVG seamless steel pipes instead of A6911-1/4CrCL22 welded steel pipes in ultra supercritical primary reheat units through a series of comparisons.
