决策树预测法对电力调度运行管理水平的提升

以前沿计量模型提取了变电站电力调度运行指标,并以32 kV变电站的电力调度运行数据为研究对象进行实验分析,由此获取初始数据.通过分析决策树预测法与变电站电力调度运行管理的相关性,判断变电站电力调度运行精准度及总体响应时间的变化情况.通过对变电站的功率、湿度、温度和电压等运行条件进行标准化处理,发现变电站电力调度的运行状态及故障点预测的精准度达85%以上,数据处理的偏差值浮动范围在0~2 MB内,总体响应时间平均缩短约2s.由此证明,对比传统实时监控方法,决策树预测法对变电站电力调度运行管理的精准度更高,总体响应时间相对更快.
The Improvement of Power Dispatching Operation and Management Level by Decision Tree Method
This study extracted power dispatch operation indicators for substations by using the frontier econometric mod-el,and conducted experimental analysis on the power dispatch operation data of 32 kV substations to obtain initial data. Then it further analyzed the correlation between decision tree prediction method and substation power dispatch operation management,and assessed the changes in indicators of substation power dispatch operation accuracy and overall response time.The results showed that by standardizing the operating conditions such as power,humidity,temperature,and volt-age of the substation,and through model analysis,this study found that the accuracy of predicting the operating status and fault points of the substation power dispatch was over 85%,and the deviation range of data processing was within 0~2 megabytes.The overall response time was shortened by an average of about 2 seconds.This proves that compared to conventional real-time monitoring methods,the decision tree prediction method has higher accuracy in the operation and management of substation power dispatch,and the overall response time is relatively shorter.
