摘要

提出一种基于熵值-TOPSIS算法的配电网可靠性评价方法.综合考虑配电网特点及指标适用程度,构建出适用性较强的配电网评价指标体系,采用熵值法计算指标权重,结合TOPSIS算法计算出配电网各指标发展现状及水平,找出配电网发展薄弱点,为后续配电网规划指明方向.

Abstract

This paper proposes a reliability estimation method for distribution networks based on entropy-TOPSIS algo-rithm.Considering the characteristics of the distribution network and the degree of applicability of the indicators,a distri-bution network estimation index system with strong applicability is established.The entropy method is used to calculate the weight of the indicators for the distribution network,and combined with the TOPSIS algorithm to calculate the cur-rent development status and level of the indicators of the distribution network,to find out weaknesses in development of distribution networks,and to point out directions for the subsequent planning of the distribution networks.
