以提升调度运行优化决策水平为目标,构建涵盖全量可调资源的电网仿真模型,对全量可调资源做到准确掌握,实现设备或断面重过载情况下电网潮流控制策略自动生成功能,为检修方式校核、故障处置等工作提供支撑.提出一套适用于智能电网控制系统的潮流控制方法,基于该潮流控制方法实现了根据设备的状态监测和诊断结果确定最佳维护策略和最佳潮流控制方式,在保证系统可靠性达到最佳状态的同时使总成本最小化.
Aiming at improving the optimal decision-making level of dispatching operation,this paper builds a power grid simulation model covering the full amount of adjustable resources,to achieve quasi-real-time control of the full amount of adjustable resources,and realize the automatic generation function of power flow control strategy in the case of heavy o-verload of equipment or section,so as to provide support for maintenance mode checkout and fault handling.This paper proposes a set of power current control methods suitable for smart grid control system.Based on the power current control method,the best maintenance strategy and the best power current control mode are determined according to the state mo-nitoring and diagnosis results of the equipment,which ensures the best reliability of the system and minimizes the total cost.
