Analysis of Wind Farm Cable Type Selection Based on Full Life-cycle Cost
In order to further reduce the construction cost of wind farms,starting from the design of wind farm transmis-sion line cables,and combining the characteristics of cable life cycle and economic section determination,an optimization design is carried out.A cost model for the full life cycle of the wind farm transmission line cables and the formula for the cable economic section are established,with the model constraints,and the cable parameters determined.Finally the cable model with the lowest cost is determined,thus improving the full life-cycle economic benefits of the entire wind farm pro-ject.Based on existing regulations and engineering examples,the selection and calculation methods of 35 kV transmission line cables are analyzed,and the economic cross-section data of cables in four types of wind resource areas are statistically summarized,which has certain reference value for the design of wind farms
