一种新型配电网自愈控制的动态重构与故障隔离方法

针对配电系统发生故障时网络拓扑结构发生改变影响系统稳定性的问题,提出了一种新型配电网重构与故障隔离的数学模型,该模型对配电网中的自动开关进行动态操作.考虑多个故障及其相关的清除和恢复,该模型包括一种保证网络径向性的新方法,以使生成的树约束与虚拟网络框架相结合.最后,将该模型在一个带有自动开关、分布式电源(Distributed Generator,DG)和储能系统(Energy Storage System,ESS)的改进IEEE 123总线配电系统上进行了测试,因该数学模型被表述为一个混合整数线性规划(Mixed Integer Linear Program,MILP),所以可用CPLEX等求解器有效地求解.结果表明,所提出的混合整数线性规划模型能有效地对网络进行重构和故障隔离.
A Novel Dynamic Reconstruction and Fault Isolation Method for Self-healing Control of Distribution Networks
Aiming at addressing the impact on distribution system stability by fault-induced change of network topology structure,a new mathematical model of distribution network reconstruction and fault isolation which functions by dynami-cally operating automatic switches in distribution networks is proposed in this paper.Considering multiple faults and their associated clearing and recovery,the model introduces a new method to guarantee network radiality so that the generated tree constraints are integrated with the virtual network framework.The model was tested on an improved IEEE 123 bus distribution system involving automatic switching,distributed generator (DG)and energy storage system (ESS).Since the mathematical model is expressed as a mixed integer linear program (MILP),it can be solved effectively by solvers such as CPLEX.The results show that the proposed mixed integer linear programming model can effectively reconstruct networks and isolate faults.
