An Optimization Method for Joint Planning of Urban Power Supply Group
To address the issues of power supply quality and reliability in urban areas, this paper considers adding new u-nit capacity and types based on the existing 220 kV unit grid connection situation and network conditions, breaking the conventional power grid connection mode (two points and one line between plants and grid),integrating and restructuring the grid resources of surrounding units, and optimizing the system design to make two 500 kV power supply areas respec-tively connected with different types of coal-fired and gas units, and to share the risk of shutdown caused by insufficient primary energy supply of natural gas or coal. Moreover, the power transmission line project fully utilizes the current over-head lines, reduces the construction scale of 220 kV line corridors while meeting urban planning conditions, and maximi-zes transmission capacity of lines deep into the load center. Finally a joint planning optimization performed on actual exam-ples and the comparison of the three schemes demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
