基于电磁感应原理的金属类型检测电路的设计与研究

工业生产中,金属表面的磨损、污锈等情况会导致难以分辨其具体类型.为此提出了一种利用电磁感应原理检测金属类型的方法,设计了以STM32单片机为核心的检测电路,将被测金属与加交变电流的线圈抽象为空气变压器模型,通过LC驱动电路放大变压器原边电压,利用峰值检波电路保持信号峰值并传输至单片机进行识别,从而判断金属类型.
Design and Study of Metal Detection Circuit Based on Electromagnetic Induction Principle
In industrial production,the wear and rust on metal surface will make it difficult to distinguish their specific types.This paper proposes a method for detecting metal types using the principle of electromagnetic induction,and de-signs a detection circuit with STM32 microcontroller.The measured metal and the coil with alternating current are ab-stracted as an air transformer model.The primary voltage of the transformer is amplified through an LC driving circuit,and the peak detection circuit is used to maintain the signal peak value and transmit it to the microcontroller for recogni-tion,thereby determining the type of metal.
