摘要

温度是影响水轮发电机性能的关键因素之一.而定子是机组的核心部件,定子区域尤其是定子绕组的温度,是电站运维关注的重点.阐述红外测温、RFID测温及光纤测温技术的测温原理,通过定子绕组测温试验验证这3种技术在定子绕组上的测温可用性及准确性,并根据试验结果及技术原理,提出了实施方案.

Abstract

Temperature is one of the key factors affecting the performance of hydroelectric generators.The stator is the core component of the unit,and the temperature of the stator region,especially the stator winding,is a key concern for power plant operation and maintenance.This paper outlines the measuring principles of infrared temperature measurement technology,RFID temperature measurement technology,and optical fiber temperature measurement technology.It also conducts experiments to verify the availability and accuracy of these three technologies in measuring stator winding tem-perature.Based on the experimental results and technical principles,the applicative schemes of the technologies are put forward.
