高压开关柜的结构设计对柜体的电场分布有较大影响,立弯铜排是高压开关柜中常用的铜排结构.通过对不同立弯铜排进行仿真分析,并与直排进行对比,得出光滑无尖角毛刺的立弯铜排不影响电场分布.再通过试验分析相同结构、不同加工方式的铜排在高压开关柜中的电场分布,发现立弯工艺在铜排上形成的尖角毛刺对电场分布有较大影响.
Influence of Copper Bar Vertical Bending on Electric Field Distribution of Switchgear
The structure in high-voltage switchgear has a significant impact on the electric field distribution of the cabinet body.Vertical bending copper bar is a common structure in high-voltage switchgear.This paper conducts simulation analy-sis on different vertical curved copper bars and straight bars,and analyzes the electric field distribution of copper bars with the same structure but different processing methods in high voltage switchgear by experiments.The simulation analysis shows that vertical bending of copper bars does not affect the distribution of electric field.The experiments show that the copper bars with sharp corner burr has a great influence on the electric field distribution.
