110 kV GIS内部故障电弧条件下压升计算及壳体耐受能力分析

随着近年来电力行业的不断发展,气体绝缘开关设备在电力系统中得到了广泛应用,但其内部故障电弧产生的高温、高压和壳体损坏会对设备、建筑物和人身安全造成巨大威胁;对GIS内部故障电弧进行分析,可节省大量的测试费用,缩短新产品的开发周期.对110 kV GIS内部故障电弧条件下的压升进行计算并分析壳体耐受情况,结果表明各部件单元的设计满足性能要求,没有发生外壳破碎的可能.
Calculation of Pressure Rise and Analysis of Shell Tolerability of 110 kV GIS Encountering Internal Fault Arc
With the continuous development of China's power industry in recent years,gas insulated switchgears (GIS) have found wide application in power systems.However,the high temperature,high voltage and shell damage caused by GIS internal fault arc will pose a huge threat to the safety of equipment,buildings and people.The analysis of GIS internal fault arc can save a lot of testing costs and shorten the development period of new products.In this paper,the pressure rise of 110 kV GIS under the condition of internal fault arc is calculated and the shell tolerability is analyzed.The results show that the design of each component unit meets the performance requirements,and there is no possibility of shell breakage.
