关于柔性直流阀控系统IEC通信故障机理的研究

某柔直换流站阀控具备监视接收合并单元接口状态的功能,并通过录波进行故障监视.阀控录波后台监视到过流检测板接收合并单元短暂的通信故障.经过排查,定位故障为过流检测板接收数据帧出现异常,在过流检测板接收的信号为非同源信号时,处理器采集的数据帧信号存在毛刺和位宽变化.针对故障原因,提出了一种软件升级策略,通过提高信号采样频率并增加信号录波来解决信号处理故障,并搭建试验平台,对软件升级策略进行验证.经过长时间的拷机试验,充分验证了该软件升级策略可有效抑制过流检测板与合并单元通信故障.
Study on Communication Fault Mechanism of IEC in Flexible DC Valve Control System
A converter station,the valve control system possesses the function to monitor the status of the interface re-ceiving the Merging-Unit and performs fault monitoring through waveform recording.The valve control's waveform re-cording backend monitoring detected a brief communication fault in the reception of the Merging-Unit by the overcurrent detection board.After investigation,the fault was pinpointed to be an abnormality in the received data frames of the over-current detection board.Specifically,when the received signal is non-homologous,the data frame signals collected by the processor exhibit glitches and bit width variations.This article proposes a software upgrade strategy for the cause of the fault,which solves signal processing faults by increasing signal sampling frequency and increasing signal recording.And a testing platform was built to verify the software upgrade strategy.After a long period of machine copying experiments,it was fully verified that the software upgrade strategy can effectively suppress communication faults between the overcurrent detection board and the merging unit.
