摘要

对于IT电网的绝缘监测与保护,传统的保护手段依赖于装置本身的故障报警功能,具有很大的片面性.通过串口服务器将绝缘监测装置的数据透传至以太网,并使用OPC协议建立了与WinCC服务器的通信,配置了WinCC Web UX网站,实现了绝缘状态的多端实时监视和分级报警.基于腾讯轻联提供的云端集成服务,以Webhook触发的方式实现了远程的报警通知.该系统运用于重庆钢铁热卷产线的主传动绝缘状态监视中,有效提高了绝缘状态监视与保护的稳定性和全面性.

Abstract

For insulation monitoring and protection of IT grids,the conventional protection methods rely on fault alarm function of the device itself,which has great limitation.By means of a serial server,the data of the insulation monitoring device is transmitted to the Ethernet,and the communication with the WinCC server is established by using OPC protocol. The WinCC Web UX website is configured,and the multi-terminal real-time monitoring and hierarchical alarm of the in-sulation state are realized.Based on the cloud integration service provided by Tencent Hiflow,remote alarm notification is realized in the way of Webhook trigger.The system has been applied to insulation monitoring of main drive system in the hot roll milling plant of Chongqing Iron and Steel,which effectively improves the stability and comprehensiveness of insu-lation monitoring and protection.
