摘要

国际电工委员会推荐使用的IEC 61850规约在变电站内得到逐步推广应用,但是在主子站之间的应用很少.针对此,研究了远动业务基于IEC 16850规约的业务建模和通信映射机制,实现站内数据和远传数据的自动建模;介绍了站端IEC 61850模型向CIM模型的映射技术、站端SCD与上行模型之间的一体化运维技术以及源端维护技术,以保证站内数据和远传数据的一致性映射.

Abstract

IEC 61850 Protocol,which is recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC),though has found gradual promoting applications in substations,is still rarely applied to main-sub station communication.This pa-per studies the modeling and communication mapping mechanism of telecontrol business based on the IEC 16850 protocol,which can achieve automatic modeling of station data and remote data.It also describes the mapping technology from IEC 61850 model to CIM model at the station end,the integrated maintenance technology between station-end SCD and uplink model,and the source maintenance technology,which are conducive to ensuring the station-remote transmission data con-sistency mapping.
