在大型综合集成控制系统中,一对多组合的弱电控制器系统之间的通信方式因具有高延伸性和易复制性优点仍是当前串行通信组合方式之一.首先针对传统串行总线通信方案在某些领域的缺陷,提出了一种一对多的串行通信装置,满足一定场所的高标准串行通信要求;接着分析了一对多串行通信装置在低压领域、高压领域的方案设计和硬件电路原理图设计;最后将该一对多高压领域串行通信装置应用在中间包通道式感应加热电源的控制数据采集系统中,证明其正确性.
Study and Implementation of One to Multiple Serial Communication Devices
In large comprehensive integrated control system,the communication methods between the one-to-multiple combination of weak current controller systems is still one of the current serial communication combinations due to its high extensibility and easy replication.This paper first analyzes the defects of various traditional serial bus communication schemes in certain fields and proposes a one-to-multiple serial communication device in order to meet the high standard se-rial communication requirements of a certain place,.It then analyzes the scheme design and detailed hardware circuit sche-matic design of one-to-multiple serial communication in low voltage field and high voltage field.Finally the correctness of the designed high-voltage one-to-multiple serial communication device is verified through an application to the control data acquisition system of the tundish channel induction heating power supply.
