某核电厂在运行期间,常规岛二回路小管道泄漏问题时有发生,常需采取带压堵漏的形式进行处理,给运行人员安全及机组安全稳定运行带来隐患.为查找二回路小管道泄漏的根本原因,并采取相应纠正措施消除二回路小管道泄漏问题,针对大修中因泄漏更换下来的LCS、LBQ、LBA系统管道弯头进行化学成分分析、显微观察、硬度测量、晶相分析,结合现场运行工况等进行失效原因分析,并提出改进意见.
Analysis and Countermeasures for Thinning of Small Pipe in Secondary Loop of Nuclear Power Plant
An actual nuclear power plant encountered often leakage of secondary loop small pipelines in conventional island which needed treatment by pressure plugging and brought hidden dangers to safety and stable operation.This paper re-ports the aforementioned problem and the effort made to cope with it,including examination seeking the root cause of sec-ondary loop small pipe leakage through chemical composition analysis,microscopic observation,hardness measurement,and crystal phase analysis for the demolished pipe elbow of LCS,LBQ and LBA systems (replaced during overhaul),and the formulation and execution of recommended countermeasures.
