摘要

原装FOCKE350无法实现对小盒商标纸正反面的检测和剔除.利用色标检测器,基于西门子PLC编程方法,实现对商标纸正反面的检测和剔除以及程序停机、检测器失效自检等功能.改进只在系统原有检测器及检测相位基础上增加了一个检测器,节约了布线和输入点.

Abstract

FOCKE350 cannot detect and remove the reverse side of the trademark paper.Using a color detector,based on Siemens PLC programming methods,this work implements detection and removal of the reverse side of the trademark pa-per,as well as program shutdown,detector failure self-checking,and other functions.The retrofitted system only adds one detector on the basis of original detectors and detection phases,thereby facilitates saving wiring and input points.
