The operation of pneumatic ash conveying system is affected by various factors,especially the arch blockage of the falling material and the blockage of the conveying pipeline.To ensure stable operation of the system under low energy consumption,the present work tried to address the problem of arch blockage in the ash hopper by introducing temperature monitoring technology and automatic backblowing technology.On the issue of pipeline blockage,a combination of pneu-matic conveying characteristic diagram and self optimization control technology is proposed to solve the problem of real-time adjusting the ash conveying system with different ash content and gas volume,so that the system can maintain a sta-ble operating state without pipeline blockage under the optimal gas volume.
