摘要

在大型智能控制系统中,一主机和多从机组合的弱电控制系统方式因具有高扩展性和高冗余性优点而仍是当前常用的串行通信拓扑结构之一.首先分析了各种传统串行总线方式某些方面的不足和控制系统中核心通信信息数据易被泄露的缺陷,为了满足当前某些领域的高标准串行通信要求,提出一种一主机多从机的高速串行通信装置技术方案;接着分析了该一主机多从机的高速串行通信方案设计要点,并详述了硬件电路原理图设计和软件流程设计思路;最后将该一主多从式高速串行通信装置成功应用在12脉整流的两相正交变频电磁搅拌专用电源的控制数据采集系统,证明了其可行性.

Abstract

In large intelligent control systems,the weak electrical control system method of a master and multiple slaves combined is still one of the commonly used serial communication topologies at present because of its high scalability and high redundancy advantages.This paper first analyzes the deficiencies in certain aspects of various traditional serial bus methods and the defects of core communication information data in the control system that are easily leaked.To meet the high-standard serial communication requirements of some fields at present,this paper proposes a technical scheme for a high-speed serial communication device with one master and multiple slaves;then it analyzes the design of the serial com-munication scheme with one master and multiple slaves proposed in this paper,and elaborates in detail the design ideas of the hardware circuit schematic and software process;finally,the high-speed serial communication device with one master and multiple slaves is successfully applied in the control data acquisition system of a two-phase orthogonal frequency con-version electromagnetic stirring dedicated power supply with 12-pulse rectification,proving the feasibility of the one mas-ter and multiple slaves high-speed serial communication device proposed in this paper.
