摘要

传统船舶航行灯、信号灯控制器与主电路位于同一回路,无开路保护,短路保护靠熔丝,采用模拟电路,由主电路串开关进行控制,指示灯并联在检测电阻两端,耗电,易发热引发火灾.现以STC单片机为控制芯片设计船用航行灯控制系统,将操控模块与执行控制模块分离,两者之间采用串口方式实现通信,不需要与灯具数量相配的电源线等,达到了简化接线,方便维护、降低成本、确保安全可靠的目的.

Abstract

The conventional controllers for ship navigation lights and signal lights locate in a mutual circuit with the main circuit.They usually have no open circuit protection,rely on fuses for short circuit protection,use virtual circuits con-trolled by series switches of main circuits with the indicator lamp connected in parallel at both ends of detection resistance. This makes the controllers highly electricity consuming,easily overheating,and fire risky.This work hence tried to ad-dress the aforementioned defect by designing a navigation light control system which uses STC microcontroller as the con-trol chip.The control module is separated from the actuation module,and communicates with the latter by serial port. This avoids the use of power lines in accordance in number with lamps and lanterns,thereby simplifying wiring,facilita-ting maintenance,lowering manufacturing cost,and promoting safety and reliability.
