蓄电池更换工作,是主线关键路径上的重要维修活动管控环节.单节蓄电池含电解液总重较大,蓄电池组表面光滑无受力点,搬用难度较高,传统拆装及运输方法配合工种多、效率低、投入人力大.针对这些问题,从核电机组铅酸蓄电池的更换标准入手,指出传统铅酸蓄电池更换工作存在的问题,详细阐述了大容量铅酸蓄电池更换装置的设计方案和应用价值.研究表明:该装置起重载荷能力强、装卸效率高,可满足狭小空间内复杂工况的装卸作业需求,能极大提高蓄电池更换的效率和安全性,减少配合工种及人力投入,填补了行业空白,具有较高推广意义.
Study on Apparatus for Replacement of Large Capacity Lead-Acid Batteries
Battery replacement is the controlling aspect for the important maintenance activity on key path of main line. The electrolyte total weight of a single battery is large,the surface of the battery pack is smooth without force point,making it difficult to move,and the conventional disassembly and transportation methods are complicated,inefficient,and labor expending.In view of these problems,this study starts from the replacement standard of lead-acid batteries in nucle-ar power units,outlines the problems existing in the conventional replacement method of lead acid battery,and expounds the design scheme and application value of the specific apparatus for replacing large capacity lead acid batteries.The appa-ratus has been indicated to have strong lifting load capacity and high loading and unloading efficiency,can meet the needs of complex loading and unloading conditions in a small space.It can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of battery re-placement,reduce the coordination of work and manpower cost,and has gap-filling significance and high applicative poten-tial.
