基于可再生能源的工业园区综合能源系统优化研究

针对工业园区中可再生能源和电力负荷在实时运行中遇到的运行不确定性问题,提出了一种能源管理系统(Energy Management System,EMS)来优化调度园区组件,促进可再生能源集成园区中的多种能量消纳.综合考虑园区组件的响应时间,在较长时间尺度调度燃料电池的微型组合冷却、加热和动力装置以及储能系统和热负荷控制,在较短时间尺度调度储能电池,激活电能需求响应.通过建立两阶段鲁棒优化(Two-stage Robust Optimization,TSRO)模型来优化系统运行,抵消实时系统运行过程中遇到的多重不确定性,采用列和约束生成算法(Column and Constraint Generation Algorithm,C&CG)对所建模型进行求解,结果表明所提能源管理系统能够有效对运行不确定性进行鲁棒处理.
Optimization of Integrated Energy System of Industrial Parks for Promotion of Renewable Energy Utilization
Aiming at addressing the uncertainty problem encountered in practical operation of renewable sources and elec-tric loads in industrial parks,the present work proposed an energy management system (Energy Management System,EMS)to optimize the deployment of park's internal components,to improve absorption and consumption of multiple types of electrical energies,and to promote renewable sources integration levels of industrial parks.Considering the response time of park's internal components,the system was designed to schedule micro-combined cooling,heating and power de-vices of fuel cells and energy storage equipment and heat load control in long-time scale,and to schedule energy storage batteries in short-time scale to activate energy demand response.In order to optimize the system operation and offset the multiple uncertainties encountered in real-time system operation,a two-stage robust optimization (Two-stage Robust Op-timization,TSRO)model was established,which could be solved by the column and constraint generation algorithm(Col-umn and Constraint Generation Algorithm,C&CG).The proposed system was indicated effective and robust in coping with operational uncertainty.
