降低风电场机组DC-DC模块的损坏率是一个复杂而具有挑战性的课题.首先对风电场机组DC-DC模块的功能、作用、组成和工作原理进行了概述,然后对其故障损坏类型进行了研究分类,针对性搭建了一款风电场机组DC-DC模块信息采集系统,最后创新性提出了一种基于数据驱动和一种基于知识库的风电场机组DC-DC模块故障处理流程,二者在保证风电场机组DC-DC模块故障处理准确性的同时,可以提高故障处理效率,减少机组停机时间,从而达到降低损坏率和提高生产效率的目的.
Study on Reducing Failure Rate of DC-DC Modules in Wind Farm Units
Reducing the failure rate of DC-DC modules in wind farm units is a complex and challenging topic.This paper first provides an overview of functions,utility,composition,and working principle of DC-DC module of wind farm units. It then studies and categorizes the types of failure faults of DC-DC module,and establishes an online collection and analy-sis system specific for abnormal information of wind farm unit DC-DC modules.It finally innovatively proposes a data-driven fault handling process and a knowledge-based fault handling process for the DC-DC modules,both of which not only ensure the accuracy of fault handling,but also improve fault handling efficiency,reduce unit downtime,and achieve re-duced failure rates and improved production efficiency.
