摘要
变频板焊接质量直接影响变频板功能.通过外观检查、X-ray检查、焊点拉力测试、金相切片检查、扫描电子显微镜I MC及形貌观察等手段,评价机器人变频板焊接质量,并根据评价结果给出相应建议.
Abstract
The welding quality of the inverter board directly affects the function of inverter board.In this paper,the weld-ing quality of an actual robot inverter board is analyzed and evaluated by means of visual inspection,X-ray inspection,solder joint tensile test,sectional metallographic observation,scanning electron microscopy (IMC),and morphology char-acterization.Corresponding suggestions are also put forward according to the evaluation results.
