SCD-based Device for Automatically Generating Safety Measure Documents for Secondary Equipment Maintenance of Substations
In the secondary system of smart substations, soft pressure plates replace hard pressure plates, optical fibers and switches replace secondary cables, and virtual terminals replace screen cabinet terminals. Moreover, secondary circuit information is mainly stored in SCD configuration files, and there are no longer one-on-one physical links, giving signifi-cant rise to difficulty of inspection, maintenance, and management of secondary circuits. This paper proposes an SCD-based device for the automatic generation of safety measure documents for substation secondary equipment maintenance. By studying and analyzing the SCD configuration file,a model of the secondary circuit is established and semantically adap-ted to a typical safety measure rule library, and a sequence of safety measures that should be executed before and after maintenance operations is automatically generated. The application of the device can facilitate improving work efficiency of relevant personnel, preventing undesired action or inaction of protective relays during maintenance caused by human fac-tors,and enhancing smartization of substation operation and maintenance.
