摘要

电力调度网络发令系统是电网调度执行调度操作命令票、转换设备状态的重要载体.用户需求模型通过研究用户的行为、反馈、数据实现用户与系统之间的智能交互.基于电力调度网络发令系统的运行机理,从调控专业人员角度分析网络发令系统的用户需求,通过建立调度操作命令评价指标体系,设计面向电力调度网络发令系统的用户需求模型.该模型经验证可有效提升调度操作效率、缩短用户停电时长.

Abstract

Power dispatching network command system plays an important role in execution of power dispatching opera-tion command ticket and transformation of electrical equipment state.User demand model realizes the intelligent user-sys-tem interaction by studying the user's behavior,feedback and data.Based on operation mechanism of power dispatching network command system,this paper analyzes the user demands of the power dispatching network command system from the perspective of power dispatcher,designs a user demand model by establishing an index system evaluating power dis-patching command operations,and finally verifies that this model can effectively improve power dispatching operation effi-ciency and shorten outage time for power users.
