摘要

提出了电力系统中二次屏柜运行工况智能监测维护系统,其既可对二次设备进行集中的除尘清理,又可在日常巡维工作中实时监测机箱运行环境,及时辨别出运维工况差、积尘严重、运行工况恶劣的二次设备.该系统的研究和应用,有助于提升二次屏柜运维效率和智能化水平,延长易损器件的使用寿命,减少因积尘导致的二次屏柜异常缺陷的发生,提高二次设备的安全稳定性.

Abstract

The present work designed and implemented an intelligent monitoring and maintenance system for operating conditions of power system's secondary screen cabinets,which can carry out centralized dust removal and cleaning of sec-ondary equipment in during power outage maintenance,and also real-time monitor the operating environment of the cabi-nets,hence timely identifying of equipment with poor operation and maintenance status severe dust accumulation,and harsh operating conditions.The application of the system can facilitate improvement of efficiency and smarteness of sec-ondary screen cabinet maintenance,extension of the service life of vulnerable components,reduction in occurrence of dust accumulation-induced defects,and promotion in safety and stability of electric secondary equipment.
