基于特高压换流站阀冷主泵的智能吊装系统设计

针对特高压换流站阀冷系统主泵运行维护吊装手段匮乏、智能化程度和工作效率低的现状,设计了一种适用于阀冷主泵的智能吊装系统.首先分析了阀冷系统的构成及其主泵吊装存在的问题;然后基于智能化、高效率、易操作理念,将吊装平台与操作终端进行分离,设计了该吊装系统的功能、整体架构、供电电源以及信息采集和传输方案,在此基础上,以阀冷主泵拆解为例给出了其吊装策略;最后对该智能吊装系统进行了三维仿真,并与目前常用阀冷主泵拆装方案进行了对比.对比结果表明所设计的吊装系统智能化程度和工作效率高、应用范围广,能够不依赖现场电源开展吊装工作,具有较大的推广价值.
Design of Smart Hoisting Apparatus for Valve Cooling Main Pump in UHV Converter Station
A smart hoisting apparatus suitable for valve cooling main pumps of ultra-high voltage converter stations is de-signed to address the current situation of insufficient hoisting methods,low smartization and low work efficiency in main pumps maintenance.First the composition of valve cooling system and problems existing in hoisting installation of its main pump are analyzed.Second based on the ideas of smartization,high efficiency,and ease of operation,by separating the hoisting platform from the operating terminal,the functions,overall architecture,power source,information acquisition and transmission scheme of the hoisting apparatus are designed.On this basis,the recommended hoisting installation strategy is given by employing a case of main pump disassembly.Finally a three-dimensional simulation is conducted on the smart hoisting apparatus,and a comparison is made between the new hoisting installation schemes and the currently prevailing disassembly and assembly schemes for valve cooling main pumps.It can be concluded that the designed appara-tus is of high smartization and efficiency as well as wide application range and significant promotion potential,as it can carry out hoisting work without relying on on-site power supply.
