目前供电局在验收配网干变和接收专变用户的干变或用户自行验收干变时,因相关验收技术的限制和复杂,以及用户对变压器知识的缺漏,两者都无法对绕组材料进行检测,再加上有可能接收到绕组材料为以铝代铜或铜包铝的变压器,因此提出一种简单快速检测干变绕组含铝概率的方法,达到简单快速检测干变绕组材料的效果,提升干变质量.
Rapid Detection of 10 kV Resin Cast Dry-type Transformer Winding Material Based on Metal Material Characteristics
The pre-use dry-type transformers for distribution networks or for specific transformer users need to undergo pre-acceptance checkout by the power supply bureau or by the users.However in both of the checkout processes,due to the limitations and complexity of relevant examination technology and the users'lack of knowledge of transformers,the detection of winding materials are currently unavailable.Moreover,there exists a certain possibility of encountering trans-formers whose winding are made of aluminum or copper-clad aluminum rather than pure copper.In view of this a simple and rapid method for detecting the probability of aluminum in dry-type transformer windings is proposed,which can facili-tate promoting the pre-acceptance checkout of dry-type transformers in electric industry.
