李家峡5号机在设计施工时采用了大量创新性技术.在机组定子绕组、铁芯等关键区域采用了光纤温度监测,实现了水轮发电机定子区域从"电测温"到"光测温"的升级,尤其是定子绕组全部采用了新型可更换式测温结构,在行业中尚属首次.介绍了李家峡5号机光纤温度监测的技术方案及施工工艺,并总结了大型水轮发电机组采用光纤测温实施调试过程中须注意的要点,可为后续项目采用此类技术提供参考.
Practice of Novel Optical Fiber-based Temperature Measurement for Stator of Lijiaxia 400 MW Evaporative Cooling Hydrogenerator
During the design and construction of Lijiaxia Unit 5,a large number of innovative technologies were adopted. Fiber optic temperature monitoring was used in key areas such as the stator winding and iron core of the unit,achieving an upgrade from"electrical temperature measurement"to"optical temperature measurement"in the stator area of the hydro-generator.In particular,the stator winding all adopted a new replaceable temperature measurement structure,which was still the first time in the industry.This paper reports the technical scheme and construction process of fiber optic tempera-ture monitoring for Unit 5 of Lijiaxia,and su mmarizes the key points to be paid attention to during the debugging process of fiber optic temperature monitoring system for large water turbine generator units.It can provide valuable reference for subsequent projects to adopt such technology.
