Analysis and Treatment of Vibration Faults of Exhaust Fans in an Actual Nuclear Power Plant
This paper outlines the vibration faults of exhaust fans in the operation process of nuclear power plant.Through analyzing vibration data,the possible causes of vibration failure are determined.According to the possible causes,equip-ment decomposition method and forward reasoning verification method are combined to determine step-by-step that the cause of fan vibration failure is mechanical loosening induced by corrosion of rivet at the connection between wheel hub and rear disk.The motor vibration is restored to normal,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the exhaust fan unit,and provides a reference for the maintenance of the same type of fan.
