摘要

GIS用快速接地开关在进行机械特性测试时,发现设备显示分、合闸速度不稳定,分散性大,无法通过仪器测试的数据准确判断产品是否合格.通过对比分析不同条件下测试的速度结果,发现原因是测试设备未将采样点拟合成连续曲线导致速度分散性大.通过缩短测试时长或采用能将离散采样点拟合成连续曲线的设备,解决了该问题.所提出的方法具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

This paper reports the unstable opening and closing speeds with large dispersion encountered by a GIS fast grounding switch during mechanical characteristic test which making testing data results unavailable in accurate reflect whether the product was qualified.By comparing and analyzing the speed results under different conditions,and the reason for the high speed dispersion was then determined to be the inadequacy of testing equipment in fitting the sampling points into a continuous curve.The paper thereby reports further the solution adopted to solve the problem,i.e.,shortening the testing time or using equipment that can fit discrete sampling points into a continuous curve.The proposed method may provide useful inspiration for coping with similar proble ms.
