摘要

为了实现对DCS组态下装的可控,将不可见的逻辑转化为可实现的设备真实反映,研发了一项能在模拟机上实现组态真实验证的方法.然而由于模拟机的特殊性,现场真实数据无法直接安装于模拟机,需要人为修改一层组态为模拟机所允许的匹配关系,这将耗费大量人力,因此提出一款适用于M310机型模拟机且可快速自动批量更改DCS一层脚本的软件设计思路,旨在提升DCS数据验证的可靠性,同时降低人为修改带来的偏差.

Abstract

In order to control the configuration of DCS and transform invisible logic into real reflection of equipment,a method of realizing real verification of configuration on the simulator is developed.However,due to the particularity of the simulator,the on-site real data can not be directly installed to the simulator,and manual but labor-intensive modification of the matching relationship of a layer configuration allowed by the simulator is mandatory.Therefore a software design i-dea is proposed for M310 model simulator,which can quickly and automatically change the script of DCS Level 1 .It is de-signed to improve the reliability of DCS data verification while reducing the possibility of deviation caused by human modi-fication.
