摘要

传统100 MW电化学储能电站调度与控制方法是直接建立储能电站调度框架,未构建100 MW电化学储能电站调度模型,导致传统方法的调度控制效果较差,因此提出100 MW电化学储能电站调度与控制策略研究.首先构建100 MW电化学储能电站调度模型,管理和控制储能电站的运行状态,然后建立储能电站调度框架,对储能电站进行联合调度控制.实验结果表明,该研究方法的调度控制效果更好,更适合实际应用.

Abstract

The scheduling and control of 100 MW electrochemical energy storage stations conventionally rely on directly establishing scheduling framework,skipping over the process of scheduling modeling,and consequently resulting in poor scheduling and control utility.This paper therefore first establishes a scheduling model for 100 MW electrochemical energy storage station to achieve management and control of the station's operational status.Then it constructs a scheduling framework which enables joint scheduling control.The proposed strategy is verified by experiment to have better control utility and practical applicability.
