磷酸铁锂电池在电力应用中输出电流异常状态监测方法

为实现电池电流的高精度监测,提出磷酸铁锂电池在电力应用中输出电流异常状态监测方法.利用电流传感器采集磷酸铁锂电池输出电流信号并对信号进行转换,利用扩展卡尔曼滤波技术降噪处理并进行归一化,进而修正信号误差,提取电流异常特征,识别异常状态.实验证明,该方法的漏检率在1%以内.
Monitoring Method for Abnormal Output Current of Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries in Power Applications
In order to achieve high-precision monitoring of battery current requirements,this paper proposes a monitoring method for abnormal output current status of lithium iron phosphate batteries in power applications.Using current sen-sors,the output current signal of lithium iron phosphate batteries are collected and converted.Using extended Kalman fil-tering technology,noise reduction and normalization are achieved,thereby correcting signal errors,extracting abnormal current characteristics,and identifying abnormal states.Experimental results have shown that the undetected rate of the proposed method is within 1%.
