Discussion on Fault Analysis and Handling Strategies of Nuclear Power DCS System
In order to effectively solve the faults of nuclear power DCS system,improve the stability and safety of nuclear power unit operation,this paper outlines the structural composition and operating characteristics of nuclear power DCS system,points out common faults and handling strategies of DCS system,and combines practical cases to explain the a-nalysis process and treatment methods of network communication faults in DCS system.The results indicate that the faults in the nuclear power DCS system are mainly concentrated in four aspects:cabinet,on-site circuit,computer firm-ware,and system software.Only by establishing a preventive maintenance concept and strictly implementing system tes-ting and fault diagnosis can staff reduce the incidence of DCS system failures and ensure the safe operation of nuclear pow-er units.
