摘要

针对现有变电设备巡视过程存在自动化程度低、耗时长、设备异常判断失误、巡视结果记录有误等问题,提出了一种基于可穿戴AR技术的变电站巡视系统方案,将可穿戴AR技术引入变电站巡视工作中,为运维人员提供一个虚实结合的混合生产辅助环境,实现自动识别巡视设备的名称,自动判断巡视设备的状态,自动搜索并记录设备巡视档案,自动展示相关巡视的流程信息等功能.实际应用效果表明,该系统为变电站设备巡视提供了一种全新、创新的工作方式,极大提升了现场工作人员巡视作业的质量效率及标准化水平,对变电站运维工作的提质增效起到较好的推动作用.

Abstract

In view of the problems such as low automation,long time consumption,incorrect judgment of equipment ab-normality,and incorrect recording of inspection results in the existing substation equipment inspection process,a substa-tion inspection system solution based on wearable AR technology is proposed.The wearable AR technology is introduced into the substation inspection work to provide operation and maintenance personnel with a hybrid production auxiliary envi-ronment that combines virtual and real conditions to automatically identify the names of inspection equipment,automati-cally judge the status of inspection equipment,automatically search and record equipment inspection files,and automati-cally display relevant inspection information,process information,etc.Practical application results show that this system provides a new and innovative way of working for substation equipment inspections,greatly improves the quality,efficien-cy and standardization level of on-site staff inspection operations,and plays a role in promoting substation operation and maintenance work.
