摘要

针对计量废旧物资整理机械臂运维巡检困难、管理复杂等问题,提出一种基于孪生数据的机械臂监控及故障预警方法.首先,构建机械臂三维可视化监控及故障预警框架;其次,设计基于边缘计算的物理数据处理以及模型轻量化处理方式,提高数据处理能力并获取孪生数据;再次,通过物理感知数据对设备进行数据化监控,并构建基于孪生数据的模糊决策模型和一维卷积神经与支持向量机混合神经网络对机械臂进行故障预警.所提出的方法经实验验证有效,在满足轻量化的基础上,具有可视化及实时预警性.

Abstract

Aiming at the difficulties and low efficiency of sorting manipulators in measurement waste materials,this paper proposes a monitoring and fault warning method of the manipulators based on twin data.First the 3D visual monitoring and fault warning framework of the manipulator is constructed.Second physical data processing and model lightweight processing based on edge computing are designed to improve data processing capacity and obtain twin data.Then the equip-ment is monitored by physical perception data,and a fuzzy decision model based on twin data and a hybrid neural network of one-dimensional convolutional nerve and support vector machine are constructed for fault warning of sorting manipula-tor.Finally the proposed method is verified to be effective and light-weight,and feature visualization and real-time warn-ing.
