摘要
针对配网调度业务信息统计种类繁多、流程复杂、耗时耗力等问题及其伴随的漏统计、错统计等安全风险,提出了一种基于配网运行管理技术支持平台的智能信息报送及自动分析系统,通过融合配网调度工作台中的故障日志、停电检修、重合闸、转供电等多源数据,基于多维时空分析技术统计信息报送情况和检修工作,智能告警存在业务风险的作业工单.目前研究成果已在调控班组中投入使用,运行效果表明该系统能够快速、准确地完成各类配网调度业务信息的统计与报送工作.
Abstract
In view of the problems for distribution network business information report such as various reporting types,difficult process,large time and labor consumption,as well as the accompanying security risks such as missing statistics and wrong statistics,this paper proposes an intelligent information reporting and automatic analysis system based on the distribution network dispatching platform.By integrating failure logs,overhaul work,power re-closings,power transfer and other multi-source data in the distribution network scheduling workbench,and based on multidimensional extempori-zation analysis of technical statistics,the situation and maintenance work statistics report and intelligent alarming work orders with business risks are realized.At present,the research results have been put into use in the control group,and the system can quickly and accurately complete the statistics and reporting of all kinds of distribution network scheduling business information.
