配网供电风险分析应用设计与实践

针对配网大规模、多线路等自身网络特点和新型电力系统下高分布式电源接入比例导致的配网随机性、复杂性增强的现状,在总结了国内外相关研究的基础上,设计开发了一种新型电力系统下的配网供电风险分析应用.应用设计包括了电网运行方式风险、失电风险和越限风险分析的功能模块设计,以及接口服务设计和用户界面设计.在具体的风险分析算法方面,提出了电网运行薄弱点的识别方法、电网风险评级库、电网风险持续时间判定方法等算法原理.基于上述应用的架构和算法设计,开发了配网供电风险分析应用,该应用在雄安、石家庄进行了现场示范应用,证明了应用的技术手段和设计思路具有可行性和实用价值.
Design and Practice of Distribution Network Power Supply Risk Analysis Software
In view of the large-scale and multi-line characteristics of distribution networks,and the current situation of in-creased stochasticity and complexity of distribution network due to the high proportion integration of distributed genera-tion,a software for analyzing power supply risk of distribution networks in new-type power systems is designed and im-plemented inspired by related studies worldwide on risk analysis of distribution networks.The work performed entails the design of functional modules for the analysis of grid operation mode risk,power loss risk,and overrun risk,as well as the design of interface services and user interface.In terms of specific risk analysis algorithms,algorithmic principles such as the identification method of grid operation weak points,grid risk rating library,and grid risk duration determination method are proposed.Based on the aforementioned software architecture and algorithm design,the distribution network power supply risk analysis software is developed,and applied on-site in Xiong'an and Shijiazhuang,which proves feasibili-ty and practicability of the technical means and design ideas.
