远程负控联合物联网技术对云平台中电费回收的优化

电费回收率是考核电力企业的一项重要指标,然而在电力回收中经常遇到各种问题,如客户电费严重逾期.利用物联网技术从缴费方式、客户类型、欠费风险等划分用户等级,面对不同风险等级用户采取对应催收方式,动态调度物联网云资源,提高电费回收率,并基于云平台测量电能表数据,跟踪分析用户用电习惯.经试验分析,该方式能有效优化电费回收过程.
Optimization of Electricity Fee Collection in Cloud Platforms Using the Combination of Remote Load Control and IoT Technology
The electricity fee collection ratio is an important indicator for power enterprises.However,various risks are often encountered in electricity fee collection,such as severe overdue of customers.This study uses Internet of Things technology to classify user levels according to payment methods,customer types,and arrear risks and adopts specified col-lection methods for users of different levels to dynamically scheduling IoT cloud resources and improve electricity fee col-lection ratio.Moreover,cloud platform-based measurement of electricity consumption data is applied to track and analyze users'consumption behaviors.The proposed modification has been verified through test effective in improving electricity fee collection process.
